Creating Value by Building Trust and Rapport

It really seems like the public is having a hard time placing trust into their doctors as of late.  Make sure you show them that there are still doctors that listen and care about the best interest of the patients.

Word of mouth referrals will always be you biggest compliment!

Ask yourself…

  • What are you doing differently to gain trust and build rapport with your patients?
  • Are you really listening to your patients wants, needs, and desires?
  • Are you having satisfied patients post reviews to help encourage new patients?
  • Are your team members use the same verbiage with all patients whether on the phone or in person?
  • Have you provided and role played a list of quality statements regarding the doctors, the technology in your practice, and the services you provide on a much higher level than the competition with your team?
  • Do you have the front desk team using a telephone information sheet to gather the proper information on the phone?
  • What are you doing internally to ensure patients are getting the WOW experience?
  • Have you tried highlighting that you offer a 2nd opinion to show patients why they should choose you as their dental provider to?
  • Are you being positioned as an authority in your community as the expert in your role through implant education in your marketing to your patients?
