I have over 23 years of total experience managing successful offices and closing high value dental procedures. My goal is to train each team member on how to promote the value of your treatment and give them the tools to succeed. I work closely with clients to help formulate their vision for their dental practice, and then provide the assistance in piecing it all together to make their vision a reality. Together we work on understanding the current state of your practice and where you want it to be by identifying specific pain points and helping to implement best practices to ensure profitability. My role is really to look at the marketing and sales journey to implement best practices, systems, software, technology, and other tools to ensure a dental practice is set up for long-term, lasting success.
